    At the FED, We offer many options on a flexible and continuous schedule. The reason people are having a hard time understanding is we are unique and unlike your typical camp or clinic. Players can join in at anytime and we have purchase options that include: On-Ice sessions, Goalie Development, Off-Ice Workouts, Full Access Memberships, AAA teams and more.   • What is so unique and different about The FED Program compared to every other training program or team in Hudson, the Twin Cities area, and Minnesota? "
    The FED is a Flexible Hockey Program that has been successfully developing hockey players for over 15 years. Our program has a proven and successful development plan specifically made for hockey players. Unlike most programs, The FED has a full-time professional hockey staff, that offers over 1000 hours of On and Off-Ice training. In other words, why go anywhere else when The FED provides all On and Off-Ice features to engage and enjoy the game hockey?
  • What do workouts entail for On and Off-Ice training?
    Our Off-Ice workouts are geared toward hockey specific training. We generally run a 45 minute workout that includes: Speed, Quagility (Quickness & Agility), & Leg Strength. We then offer an extra 15 minutes of Hoga (Hockey Yoga) which offers core strength & flexibility to the athlete. Each program is age specific and is designed in a way to encourage players to ask for more and hopefully work them into an individual development plan.
  • What is the AAA Beast Program?
    The Beast is the ultimate AAA program geared towards athletes in the St. Croix Valley & Western Wisconsin. This AAA Program will allow players to maintain a flexible schedule on a continuous development plan year round. We offer 3 Memberships for the Beast. Beast Package Beast Full Access Beast Player
  • Can I just sign up for a week? For a month? For a year?
    There is a reason that we are called the FED. We stand for Flexx Elite Development. We offer flexible options so families can choose the plan that works best for their schedules. You can purchase 1 credit drop in or become a Full Access Member and get unlimited credits. These credits are good until November every year.
  • Do I need to buy credits through the FED Program if I am associated with Hudson Hockey?
    Yes, if you want to train on or off the ice with the full time professional staff you must be registered and purchased credits. You can always come in before a training session to sign up and pay at the rink if you have questions or need help.
  • Where do I purchase Flexx Apparel?
    In the Flexx Hockey Training Center at Drewski Arena, 1820 Hanley Road, Hudson WI. Here, athletes can purchase Flexx apparel such as T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Sweatpants, Hats & Beanies.
  • If I can’t make my group time, can I still skate?"
    Yes, you can skate with a group that is younger or considered a lower tier or age group. ex) If you are a Bantam skater, you are able to skate with the Pee Wee's at the PeeWee scheduled time.

  • What ages and levels does The FED offer sessions or programs to?
    All levels from Mites to High School Hockey. This involves girls and boys levels. We also offer College and Pro sessions for those who are back from school and need a place to skate.
  • Is the Flexx Elite Development Program only for the elite and only for members?
    No. The FED Program was created to provide all players an opportunity to get better. We consider the “Elite” part of the program to be our full time professional staff that comes with over 50 years of experience working with and providing direction to players and their families.
  • What type of training and programs does the FED offer:
    On-Ice Sessions- 3 on 3 Play Skills & Games Skate Club Games & More Off-Ice Sessions- Daily Workout Classes Shooting Garage & stick handling sessions
  • How can I change my session?
    You can change your session anytime online. Sign in and go to your locker, choose the add or cancel button next to the sessions you want to add or remove. If you have any problems or concerns, please contact support.team@flexxsports.com or please call 763-808-9566

  • What do On-Ice training sessions entail? How long are On-Ice sessions? What format are the On-Ice sessions broken into?
    Our sessions focus on 4 specific areas which include Skating, Skill Set, Competitive Play & Hockey IQ. Each session includes about 15 minutes of dedicated time to Skating, 15 minutes to skill set with the remaining time spent on competitive play and hockey IQ. Our standard On-Ice session is 50 minutes of play.
  • How do I get access to the special events, specific showcases, events, and credits?"
    You must join The FED Beast to access our on and off Ice training facilities as well as specific showcases and events. For more details, visit The FED Beast

  • We keep hearing about how each player has their own locker. What is it and how do I view my locker, feedback, videos, and reports?"
    Our unique software tracks a player’s development with all the information stored in their own dedicated locker. We store information that includes players schedules, attendance, feedback, reports and videos. You can visit flexxhockey.com and click the My Locker button. Once you have logged in, use the tool bar in the upper right corner or the left side of your screen to navigate your locker. We have a the ability to track athletes time with at the FED. This means we can track shooting, skating, stickhandling, Hockey IQ, & Competitive Play.
  • What’s a typical week look like with the FED Programs?
    Summer: The FED Clubhouse is open from 9am to 5pm Monday - Thursday with daily on-ice and off-ice session available. Friday open from 9am to 3pm. Spring & Fall: The FED Clubhouse is open from 2pm to 9pm Monday - Thursday with daily on-ice and off-ice session available. Winter: No On or Off Ice Sessions. Our Office hours are open 9am-5pm in the hudson hockey training center.
  • When are Off-Ice workout classes and when can I attend?
    We offer off-ice workouts 3 to 5 times a day during our hours of operation. Players can purchase 1 session at a time for $15 per workout or purchase flexx packages that include any where up to unlimited sessions for $600 for one full year. There is typically 3 Off-Ice Training times everyday.
  • When is Flexx Hockey Open?
    Winter Hours (November 1st- March 1st) Open Five Days a Week Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am to 4pm & Fridays 9am-3pm
  • What does a membership include?
    We offer 3 different types of memberships at the FED. The Beast Membership, Beast Full Access, & Beast Player These memberships are all different in their own ways. Click here for more information on our 3 memberships at the FED
  • Who can become a member of the Hockey Club House?
    Players who play at the PeeWee level and up, are allowed and have the opportunity to have access to the Club House. We do not allow players under the PeeWee level to have access to the Club House.
