MEGA Goalie Training

At the FED, we spoil the goalies. Not only do goalies get great discounted rates the also get MEGA Goalie Coaches.

 

Goalies often times get 1 on 1 training with a max of 4 goalies on the ice for over 20 minutes of each session.

 

While our skaters work on their skating technique our goalies get dedicated time with a goalie specific coach, to work on their fundamentals, techniques and individual skills.

We have a goalie coach on staff and on the ice over 90% of the sessions we run.

Our On-Ice training within our Hudson Sports and Civic Center offers high intensity competitive play from athletes of all ages. Our professional staff creates a competitive atmosphere and takes pride in providing direction for each player.

Off-Ice Training

Our Off-Ice training is performed on our indoor artificial turf. This off-ice program produces a high intensity interval training system to make sure our athletes are at elite performance. Our professional staff creates workout plans everyday to ensure elite productivity and explosiveness out of every athlete.

Our Off-Ice training is also based on a flexible and continuous schedule. We provide daily classes for our club access athletes based on a hockey specific interval training system.

 

Classes run on the hour and we run between 2 to 4 sessions on each day of operation.

 

Our professional staff creates workout plans everyday to ensure elite productivity and explosiveness out of every athlete.
