FED (Flexx Elite Development) strives to ensure hard working athletes who love the sport of Hockey. Attend and train as often as you would like, take a month off or choose to come once a week. One of the many great things about The FED Program is you get to skate when you want to skate, as we encourage you to play other sports, go to the cabin, and take as much time off as you need. Most importantly, players get to attend when they want to be at the rink enjoying the game they love.
